This policy explains what EagleCap Legacy Wealth Partners ("EagleCap") collects on eaglecapinvesting.com and in the investor portal at investors.eaglecapinvesting.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What EagleCap collects

• When you contact EagleCap, subscribe or book a call: your name, email address and phone number, and anything you write. Newsletter subscriptions are kept in Mailchimp. Contact and booking details are kept in EagleCap's own records and calendar.
• When you invest: what is needed to accept, administer and report on an investment, such as legal names, addresses, tax identification numbers, entity and ownership details, accreditation information, bank details for distributions, and your signed documents.
• On this website: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your network address, through Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics.

How EagleCap uses it

• To answer you, send the newsletter you asked for, and schedule calls.
• To administer investments: subscriptions, capital accounts, distributions, statements, Schedule K-1 forms, and the tax and regulatory filings they require.
• To keep accounts secure and to prevent fraud.
• To follow up with investors about offerings they have looked at in the portal.
• To understand how this website is used and improve it.

Who EagleCap shares it with

EagleCap does not sell personal information or share it for anyone else's advertising. It shares information only:

• with the services that run parts of EagleCap's systems for it: website and portal hosting, the database, email delivery, the newsletter (Mailchimp), website analytics (Google and Vercel), the calendar, and electronic signature (DocuSign);
• with each company EagleCap manages, for the investments you hold in it, and with EagleCap's accountants, attorneys and banks as needed to administer those investments;
• with an advisor you authorize in the portal, limited to what you choose to share; and
• when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of investors and EagleCap.

The investor portal

When you are signed in, EagleCap records which portal pages you open (for example offerings, offering documents, investments, reports, statements and tax forms), how long each page is open while you are active, which documents you view or download, and the date, time and network address. EagleCap uses this to keep your account secure, to know which documents you have received, and to follow up with you about offerings you have looked at.

This information stays with EagleCap and the services that host the portal. EagleCap does not sell it, share it for advertising, or use third-party tracking tools in the portal. EagleCap keeps activity records for about 24 months, except records needed to show that a document was delivered, which are kept as long as the related investment records.

Cookies

The investor portal uses only the cookies it needs: to keep you signed in, to finish setting up your account or a new authenticator app, to recognize a device you have used before, and to remember which entity you last chose. It also remembers one display preference in your browser. It uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

Security

EagleCap protects information with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, two-step verification on every investor portal account, and a record of who viewed which investor documents. No system is perfectly secure. If EagleCap learns of a breach that affects your information, it will tell you as the law requires.

How long EagleCap keeps it

Investment and tax records are kept for as long as the law and each company's operating agreement require. Portal activity records are kept as described above. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask EagleCap what it holds about you, or ask it to correct something, at any time.
• Investors can ask for paper documents at no cost, in the portal or by contacting EagleCap.

Children

This website and the portal are not directed to anyone under 18, and EagleCap does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

EagleCap posts any change here with a new date. Investors with a portal account are also told by email about a material change.
