How long will investment capital be tied up?

The current business model calls for 3–5 years, with most of the initial investment being returned in a dividend around year 3 and the property being sold at year 5. However, business models can evolve, and there may be an option to refinance at year 3 and build another 8 units on the property instead of issuing a large dividend. At that time, we will seek guidance from the member investors to make that decision.
