Jarom Pratt is Co-Founder & Principal of EagleCap Investing, a multifamily real estate investment firm he co-founded with Justin Pratt to acquire and improve value-add apartment communities in strong U.S. growth markets.
Jarom leads EagleCap’s marketing, investor engagement, and design, and works directly with brokers, property managers, and operating partners on deal analysis and execution. He studied Entrepreneurial Management at the BYU Marriott School of Business.
He writes EagleCap’s educational content on multifamily investing, real estate syndication, and passive investing — translating how disciplined operators underwrite and run apartment deals for the investors who back them.
